We guarantee full satisfaction or money back. Our terms and conditions, which are simple and easy, are as follows.

OUR PROMISE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS
Celic & Co. Ltd. makes every effort to make sure that all our products are accurately described and sent in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, provided the item has not been worn or soiled, we would ask you to return them in the original packaging within 14 days for either replacement, exchange or a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

AVAILABILITY
The goods and services featured on our website are normally only available to UK residents. Orders are welcome from outside UK but please do email us first to check availability and postal charges.

STANDARD POSTAL CHARGES
Items in stock are despatched by return. Postal Charges for the UK are: Orders up to £80 add £2.95; over £80 Post Free.

PAYMENT
All website orders have to be pre-paid by Credit/Debit card.
The cost will not be charged to your card until the goods have been despatched.
Our website payment security is verified by Barclaycard Merchant Services.

PRICING POLICY
The correct price is that which is displayed on the website. You will receive confirmation of the total charge including postal charges.

RETURNS
As per our guarantee, any item can be returned within 14 days, unsoiled or worn, for replacement, exchange or full refund.
